01 / Challenge
The bay cannot run on notebooks and chat threads.
Boxenstopp Automotive needed more than spreadsheets and chat threads to run the bay. Service jobs, quotations, vehicle history, and collections had to live in one place so the shop could see outstanding balances, daily throughput, and monthly performance without reconciling tools by hand.

One admin platform for jobs, quotes, and collections.
We built a dark-mode admin platform with service records and quotations, services and pricing catalogs, customer and vehicle operations, master data (categories, brands, car sizes), and a live dashboard for jobs today, sales, outstanding receivables, and monthly gross / expense / net trends.
